Madame Alexander Dolls Turning Heads

Turning Heads is a beautiful blonde play doll by the famous American Company, Madame Alexander. Turning Heads is one of their range of Favourite Friends, dolls which are the same type and size as American Girl Dolls. Turning Heads has vinyl limbs and head which are fully articulated so she can be posed in endless positions. Her body is unusual in that the top half of her chest is made from vinyl but the rest is made from pretty baby pink fabric filled with polyester fibre. This means that the doll can be dressed in swimsuits and strappy dresses and look better than those dolls with all fabric bodies, while still being lovely to cuddle. She also stands very easily, even when posing.

Turning Heads has very appealing large blue closing eyes and long light blonde rooted hair which is straight and fine with a fringe. She is wearing a vintage style dress made from fine black cotton with large white polka dots. The dress has a full skirt which is gathered up and stitched on one side showing a white broderie anglaise petticoat beneath. Under this Turning Heads is wearing a pair of simple white knickers. On her feet this doll is wearing a pair of white ankle socks and black mary jane style shoes.
