Kidz 'n' Cats Amber Childrens Jointed Playdoll

Amber is a new doll for the Kidz 'n'Cats 2011 collection of children's play dolls, designed by Sonja Hartmann for her company With Heart and Soul. All the Kidz 'n' Cats dolls are made using phthalate free vinyl, and what makes them truly unique is that they not only have joints in the hips and shoulders but also at the knees and elbows. This freedom of movement allows the dolls to be posed in endless realistic positions to enhance the play experience. Amber is suitable for children age 6 years and up.

Amber is very beautiful doll and is dressed in a very pretty and stylish outfit. Amber has gorgeous blue inset eyes with long eyelashes and extremely long, light auburn hair with a little fringe and longer layers at the sides. She wears pony tails on each side of her head tied with pale green satin ribbons. Her clothes consist of a pretty cotton sleeveless top with some french 'Cerise' logos and pictures. Amber wears a super pair of grey canvas trousers, cropped with a lace hem and ties criss-crossed at the hem of each trouser leg. At the waistband are a couple of canvas braces that can be worn over the shoulders. Over the cotton top is a pretty pale green shirt with 3/4 long sleeves, a frill around the collar and hem and some little buttons down the front. On her feet Amber has a sweet pair of white espadrilles with laces around the ankles. For underwear she has a little pair of white polka dot panties.

Amber has a cute designer kitten with her. The cat is made from soft grey velour fabric with a pink nose and ears, long whiskers and embroidered claws. The cat wears a matching dress to Amber with a lace ruffle down the front of her bodice and a lace bow in her hair. So cute!

The body of this doll can be cleaned using a damp cloth with a little mild detergent if required. The body should not be immersed in water as this will rot the elastic holding the limbs onto the body.

The hair can be carefully washed using a mild shampoo taking care not to create tangles. Care should be taken to avoid getting the wig wet as this may upset the glue used to attach the wig to the head.

The dolls clothes can be hand washed using a mild detergent in warm water. Do not tumble dry but dry flat, smoothing out creases whilst damp. Iron using a cool iron if needed.
