The perfect gift for a little girl with lots of dolls. This beautifully made set of bunk beds can be used as it is or as twin beds.
The two sets of bedding are beautiful. Each bed has a pale pink quilted mattress, a bed cover made with pretty pink cotton covered in a tiny geometric floral design lined with plain pale pink and a quilted pillow, also patterned on one side and plain on the other. Very pretty. All can be washed.
The beds are big enough to fit Gotz Maxy Muffins, Gotz Sarah, Gotz Jessica and Elizabeth as well as American Girl.
Please note that this is a very HEAVY item and can only be shipped within mainland UK unless extra shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
The beds come flat packed and require self assembly. It has been finished to a high standard in Thailand.
We bought this bunk bed from Bambolina for our younger daughter's dolls and it is an absolute hit. She even manages to squeeze two dolls side by side into each bed (Gotz Sarah/Hannah size) though this must be quite uncomfortable for the dolls! The beds needed to be assembled but this was very straightforward and they are durable and sturdy, yet also elegant. The bedding is very pink, sometimes I consider making some different colour bedding just for a change, but have been sewing clothes for the dolls and blogging about it instead.
We bought these for our neices for Christmas, and they were DELIGHTED! Assembled in minutes, these are sturdy, and very pretty, beds with lots of room for their Sarah dolls. The bedding is beautifully made and Granny provided extra knitted blankets. Wonderful play value, and my guess is that they'll be passing these beds onto their own kids someday.
