So many of you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Amelia, Your Victorian Girl™ that I thought you would like to see a picture of her. As you can see she is blonde and beautiful with gorgeous blue eyes. Amelia is in the final stages of development with minor tweaks being made to the design of her costumes ready for her launch later this year.

As with Matilda, the costumes are amazing, particularly Amelia's party dress which is the most wonderful baby pink Victorian outfit with a bustle, bows, lace and feathers. It will not disappoint! Apparently Amelia's Aunt likes to dress her up in full finery but Amelia is more at home in her soft corduroy school dress which is the outfit she will be wearing in her presentation box. There will also be an Opera cloak to purchase as well as the dress Amelia is pictured in, which is the outfit she wears on the stage as a magician's assistant. Amelia has her head chopped off every night at 8pm! I wonder how Amelia goes from being a sensible school girl to a magician's assistant?

Amelia, her outfits, her novel and keepsakes book will be available from Bambolina in August 2012. Following Amelia there will be two dolls launched in 2013, Clementine, Your World War II Girl™ and Elinor Your Elizabethan Girl™. The following year will see the introduction of Sophia Your Georgian Girl™ and Olivia Your Restoration Girl™.
