Rosie had another lovely dolly moment we thought we would share with you. We had just made some fresh pink play dough and this spurred Rosie on to make some cakes for her dolls. Here she is in the garden with Gotz Precious Day Jessica and a beautiful limited edition doll purchased from Harrods as a sample doll when I first set up Bambolina.

This recipe for play dough is brilliant and it last for ages. Sorry it is in cup measures!

- 2 cups of plain flour

- 2 cups of water

- 1 cup of salt

- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

- 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar

- food colouring

- glitter if required - just the normal glitter used for your christmas cards!

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until completely smooth. Cook the mixture over a low heat and stir constantly. The mixture will thicken up. Make sure the mixture is cooked throughout and turn it over as required. Turn out and let it cool. Then, have lots and lots of doughy fun!
